Retail Sales Associate - Opening Shift - 10am to 4pm - Dania BeachAre you passionate about customer service? Come join us at our Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop! As a Retail Sales Associate, some of your core activities will include: Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes. Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments. Clean up and organize customer areas, production areas, and back-room/storage. Prepare and re-stock ingredients. Requirements: In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:

Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests.
Be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Häagen-Dazs product to guests.
Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented on the menu.
Weigh all cups and ingredients in our recipes before mixing and/or serving the guests.
Follow the correct ice cream scooping method.
Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.
Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform.
The candidate must meet the following requirements:
Willing to perform all assigned activities.
Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.
Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
