About the role
Managing identity verification and account recovery processes, the full-time IDV / IDAR Specialist will handle customer support for external users, process verification cases, and ensure accurate handling of user information in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Monitor and respond to emails in key support mailboxes, assisting external users with identity verification and account recovery
Process user-submitted identity documents, review for accuracy, and maintain case notes in the PAS Admin Tool
Support data management related to user identities and ensure proper handling of sensitive information for reporting and fraud analysis
Required qualifications
Associates Degree
Four years of experience in identity verification or related processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) securely
Proficiency with email systems and basic data entry
