They’re looking for multiple Account Executives to join right away and help drive growth during an exciting phase of expansion. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, wants real earning potential, and loves being part of a tight-knit, driven team. What You’ll Do Run a high volume of daily inbound video demos (10–15 per day) with a strong close rate — most prospects are highly qualified Sign up new clients and guide them through the onboarding process Earn commission on client activations Upsell a new product line launching now — additional commission for value-added sales Manage your pipeline, track activity, and consistently meet or exceed targets Collaborate closely with a supportive team that’s focused on growth and performance What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of sales experience , ideally in B2B SaaS, high-velocity, or transactional sales Experience running demos and managing a fast sales cycle is highly preferred A self-starter mindset — you thrive on high activity and closing deals Strong communicator who builds rapport and trust quickly Traits that match the team’s culture: honest, ambitious, teachable, creative, and hardworking Comfortable working on video calls — all demos are run virtually What You’ll Get $72K base salary plus uncapped commission — realistic total compensation is $150K–$200K+ Stock option eligibility after six months The chance to grow your career with a company that’s scaling fast and values its people Location: This role is onsite at the Coral Gables, FL office.
