If you're a proven Superintendent looking to contribute to a growing, high-performing team, read on.What They’re Looking For:Candidates must have 5+ of experience in the field, with a track record of interiors projects.You should have real, hands-on experience owning a job from start to finish.Responsibilities:Oversee all daily field operations including site safety, quality control, construction progress, and housekeeping.Lead and supervise site personnel including assistant supers, laborers, and subcontractors.Manage short-term schedules including two-week look-aheads and ensure subcontractors align with the overall project schedule.Coordinate all trades to deliver the project on time and within budget without compromising quality.Understand project strategy, milestones, logistics, and inspection requirements.Serve as the main point of contact on-site and maintain open communication with the project team.Run weekly meetings and manage the RFI process to address and resolve site issues.Support and manage close-out procedures and warranty-related follow-ups.Requirements:5+ years of Superintendent experienceProven track record of delivering high-end, complex projects—preferably in occupied or active spaces.Must demonstrate ability to run full-cycle projects independently and effectively.OSHA 10-Hour and 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificates required.Ability to read and interpret commercial construction drawings and specifications.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded firm known for its strong culture, exceptional delivery, and solid team dynamics.If you’re a steady, detail-oriented Superintendent looking to take ownership of challenging and rewarding projects – apply today.
