Job Title: Luxury Residential Superintendent
Location:
Palm Beach, FL (On site)We are seeking a mid-level Residential Superintendent with luxury residential construction experience to join a high-end construction team in Palm Beach, FL.This is an immediate-hire opportunity for a Superintendent who is willing to work alongside and learn from a highly experienced Senior Superintendent. The initial role will be hands-on and collaborative, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as you develop within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside a Senior Superintendent on a $40M luxury residential renovation project. Oversee day-to-day field activities, subcontractors, quality, scheduling, and project details. Support the Senior Superintendent in managing the extensive details of a large-scale, high-end renovation. Learn and apply luxury construction standards, processes, and best practices. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, project management, and other stakeholders. Help ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedule. Assist with upcoming project planning and support the Senior Superintendent with plan review as needed. Take on increasing responsibility as experience and performance develop. Ideal Background 10+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in the luxury/high-end market. Experience as a Superintendent on high-end custom homes or luxury renovations. Strong understanding of detailed, high-quality residential construction. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail. Willingness to listen, learn, and work in a subordinate/training capacity initially. Production-builder experience alone (such as large-volume tract home construction) is not the target background.
Compensation & Benefits:
$110,000–$125,000 base salary, depending on experience Full health benefits Company vehicle Fuel Bonus Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement Project: Approximately 12 months remaining on the current $40M renovation project.
