Position Requirements:

  • Able to meet daily productivity targets (approx. 30 boxes per day)
Job Summary: This role involves a combination of file indexing, data entry, and reboxing physical records in an office environment. The work is highly repetitive and physically demanding, requiring the movement and handling of boxes throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Load boxes from pallets onto U-boat carts and transport them into the work area
  • Remove files from old boxes and transfer them into newly assembled boxes
  • Perform indexing and data entry while reboxing files
  • Insert tissue paper and cardstock into completed boxes
  • Apply four labels to each finished box
  • Break down old boxes after files are transferred
  • Maintain productivity target of approximately 30 boxes per day
  • Follow all project procedures and quality standards
