About the role

$16 to $18 an hour. Monday through Friday, day shift. No nights, no weekends, no mandatory overtime. Sound Connection is a family-run car audio and electronics company in Nixa, MO. Our warehouse picks, packs and ships heavy, high-value gear (subwoofers, amplifiers, speaker enclosures) to customers across the country every weekday.
What you will do: Pick orders with a scanner and get them right Pack fragile, heavy boxes so they arrive perfect Receive and put away inbound freight Keep inventory counts accurate Learn the forklift and pallet jack (we train)What the job takes Lifting 50 lb on your own, repeatedly, and team-lifting heavier cartons with a coworker Being on your feet all day Reliable transportation and steady attendance Forklift experience is a plus, not a requirement Pay$16 an hour to start with no warehouse background; $17 to $18 with a year of pick/pack experience or a forklift certification. Paid bi-weekly by direct deposit.
