Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Dental Operations Manager to overseethe daily operations, performance, and growth of nine dental offices. This leadership role isresponsible for driving operational excellence, team development, patient experience, financial performance, and consistency across all locations. The ideal candidate is astrong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and is passionate aboutbuilding high-performing teams and delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for 9 dental practices to ensure efficiency, consistency, and accountability.
  • Work with the Clinical Director to develop and implement systems, workflows, andstandard operating procedures across all locations.
  • Monitor office performance metrics including production, collections, schedulingefficiency, treatment acceptance, and patient retention.
  • Partner with doctors and leadership teams to achieve organizational goals andgrowth initiatives.
  • Ensure offices maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and statedental regulations.
  • Assist Director of Operations with onboarding new locations. Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and support regional office managers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and accountability meetings with officeleadership teams.
  • Foster a positive, patient-focused, and team-oriented culture throughout theorganization.
  • Identify training opportunities and support professional development for teammembers.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and employee relations matters when needed. Financial & Business Performance
  • Analyze KPIs, financial reports, and operational data to improve profitability andefficiency.
  • Develop action plans to improve underperforming offices and sustain high-performing teams.
  • Monitor staffing levels, payroll efficiency, supply costs, and operational budgets.
  • Collaborate with ownership and finance teams on strategic planning and growthinitiatives. Patient Experience
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and patient carestandards.
  • Monitor patient feedback, online reviews, and service recovery efforts.
  • Support practices in improving communication, scheduling, and treatmentpresentation processes. Growth & Strategy
  • Support acquisitions, practice integrations, and expansion initiatives as needed.
  • Lead implementation of new systems, technologies, and operational processes.
  • Assist with marketing coordination and community outreach initiatives to drivepractice growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or relatedfield preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of dental management experience required.
  • Multi-site dental operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of dental practice KPIs, scheduling, insurance, collections, and treatment planning workflows.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel regularly between office locations. Desired Traits
