Position Summary: Seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support the delivery of speech and language services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Responsibilities• Provide speech and language services as directed by the supervising SLP and IEP• Conduct routine therapy sessions supporting speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing goals• Assist with therapy materials and activities• Collect and maintain accurate student progress data• Assist with speech, language, and hearing screenings under SLP supervision• Communicate student progress and observations to the supervising SLP• Support student and caregiver education• Complete daily documentation and billing entries• Participate in team meetings and required training• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment• Follow all state, federal, ethical, and confidentiality requirements Requirements• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders• Current SLPA license/registration as required by the state• School-based or clinical experience preferred• Completion of required supervision and training About Care Career Care Career brings together a portfolio of leading healthcare staffing organizations, each delivering specialized talent solutions across the industry.
