About the role

P11 is looking for a hands-on paid search expert to lead Google Ads strategy and execution across a large portfolio of real estate clients. You will drive measurable outcomes—qualified leads, tours, leases, and home sales—while building smarter, AI-first ways to operate at scale. What You’ll OwnBuild, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, and video; support Microsoft Ads as needed. Manage budgets, bidding, pacing, testing, and quality across many property accounts using repeatable playbooks and templates. Use AI and automation by default for campaign builds, analysis, reporting, QA, and optimization—while applying sound human judgment and safeguards. Partner with analytics specialists to ensure accurate GA4/GTM tracking, CRM/offline conversions, and reporting tied to business outcomes. Work directly with clients to explain performance, recommend improvements, and translate changes in AI-powered search into action. Maintain Fair Housing and platform-policy compliance across all campaigns.
What We’re Looking For: 6+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, including 3+ years in an agency environment; strong Google Ads Editor and multi-account management skills. An AI-first operator who actively uses tools, scripts, and automation to reduce manual work and improve results—and can demonstrate what they have built. Strong understanding of Smart Bidding, conversion tracking, GA4, attribution, and performance analysis; comfortable working with Excel and data. Independent, organized, commercially minded, and confident communicating with clients. Real estate or multifamily experience is a plus. How Success Is Measured Improved lead quality and client outcomes
  • Reliable budget pacing and tracking
  • Efficient, scalable campaign operations
  • Proactive testing and actionable client recommendations Why This Role MattersP11 is evolving into an AI-first real estate marketing agency. We want someone who will help shape that future—not simply manage campaigns the traditional way.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
