About the role

Pret A Manger is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards & People Operations in New York with ownership of payroll, benefits, and HR data. You will partner with Finance and Head of People to drive data-driven decisions and scalable people operations across multiple U.S. locations. The role requires hands-on processing, data integrity, and strong collaboration with vendors. A Bachelor's degree and experience with ADP/Harri are preferred, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
