Tech Painting Company, Inc. Divisional Sales ManagerThis role does require in-person workTech Painting Company’s Divisional Sales Manager is a full-time leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the division’s sales team, and developing strategic initiatives that support the company’s long-term objectives. This role oversees all aspects of the sales process- from business development and estimating to proposal presentation and contract negotiation- while partnering closely with Operations to maintain a consistent backlog of work and maximize crew utilization throughout the year. Reporting directly to the Division Vice President, the Sales Manager is responsible for achieving division revenue goals, developing and mentoring sales staff, implementing sales strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining an effective customer relationship management (CRM) database.

Strategic Planning and Administration Develop annual sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with company leadership. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales activity, forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue performance. Analyze Sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies as needed. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and support division budgeting efforts. Research and evaluate opportunities for expansion into new geographic markets. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the division’s CRM and sales database to ensure accurate customer and pipeline information. Partner closely with Operations to maintain a healthy project backlog and optimize crew scheduling throughout the year. Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaigns, promotional initiatives, and lead-generation strategies. Leadership and Management Recruit, hire, develop, coach, and when necessary, participate in disciplinary actions and termination of sales team members in partnership with the Division Vice President Lead, mentor, and train the sales team on prospecting, marketing strategies, estimating best practices, proposal development, and closing techniques. Establish individual and team sales goals aligned with the division revenue objectives. Monitor sales performance through KPIs and provide regular coaching and performance evaluations. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Work with sales estimators and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and exceptional customer experiences. Sales and Business Development Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Meet with prospective and existing clients to evaluate project needs and develop accurate scopes of work. Prepare, present, and negotiate estimates and proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, property managers, general contractors, and industry partners. Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments Research customer buying trends and market conditions to refine sales strategies. Represent Tech Painting Company at networking events, industry associations, trade organizations, and customer meetings. Travel as needed to support existing and emerging markets. Location:

Schedule:
Hours for this position are flexible, and while they generally follow normal business hours of 8 am to 5 pm, they will vary to meet client and staff needs (i.e., sales calls and estimates during the day/crews work at night).Monday through Friday Some nights/weekends as needed for events, crew visits, etc. Supplemental pay types: Commission pay Access to a company vehicle is provided upon completion of training
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Experience
Sales Experience: 5 years (Preferred)Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)
