Experienced Title Closer / Escrow Officer

What You’ll Be Doing: Manage residential and investor transactions from contract to close Review title commitments and work through title requirements Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties Prepare settlement statements and closing documents Balance files and coordinate lender funding Conduct and/or coordinate closings Handle escrow funds accurately and responsibly Identify issues early and help move difficult files toward closing Maintain excellent communication throughout the transaction Complete post-closing requirements and ensure files are properly finalized

What We’re Looking For: Prior experience as a Florida title closer, escrow officer, or similar role Strong knowledge of the Florida real estate closing process Experience handling files independently Ability to read and understand title commitments and closing requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple active transactions at once Excellent communication with clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys Someone who takes ownership of their files and follows through Experience with investor transactions, curative title issues, high-volume closings, and title production software is a major plus.
