About the Role: BAGGU is looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to lead our key wholesale accounts. In this role, you’ll drive profitable revenue growth by developing and executing targeted strategies, while identifying new opportunities to expand brand-aligned partnerships. Location & Working Hours Remote, limited to candidates in the following states: CA, OR, NM, PA, IL, NJ, MI, NY, VA, WA.Ability to travel to BAGGU’s San Francisco office biannually.
Responsibilities: Own revenue targets and sales forecasting for assigned major and specialty accounts (e.g., Urban Outfitters).Develop and execute seasonal and annual sales strategies, including pre-book planning, order projections, and post-season performance analysis. Lead market appointments and line presentations both in-person and virtually, delivering tailored assortments recommendations and compelling brand storytelling. Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Production, and Planning on exclusive SMUs that meet margin and revenue goals. Monitor sell-through and inventory health, identify risks and reorder opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations. Report on sales performance and product insights to internal stakeholders through monthly and seasonal recaps. Gather and communicate retailer feedback on pricing, trends, and assortment gaps to inform product development. Support wholesale marketing initiatives and in-store activations in partnership with Creative and Marketing teams. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive profitable growth. Manage and develop the Sales Operations Coordinator.
Qualifications: 4-6+ years of wholesale account management experience with specialty or department stores. Proven track record of meeting revenue goals, creating accurate forecasts, and delivering post-season business analysis. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with experience analyzing large datasets to extract insights and make data-driven decisions. Proven track record of leading exclusive product development (SMUs), including design briefs, pricing, timelines, and MOQs. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and cross-functionally. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with EDI platforms (e.g., SPS Commerce) and vendor portals (e.g., Tradestone).Net Suite experience preferred.
