Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (CST)

Position Summary: TDOT is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Compliance Officer to support the departments nondiscrimination programs, including Title VI, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Small Business Development, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) initiatives. This role is responsible for DBE certification, compliance monitoring, data analysis, and reporting, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
