Used Car Sales Manager Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Sales Manager to join our team in Downingtown, PA. In this role, you will oversee and drive the used car sales operations, lead a dynamic sales team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences that contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our dealership.
Responsibilities: Manage and mentor the used car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase used vehicle inventory turnover. Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Coordinate with other dealership departments to ensure seamless operations. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements: Proven experience in used car sales management, preferably within a dealership environment. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Deep knowledge of used car market trends and inventory management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
