About the role

International Systems Management Corp. (ISM) seeks an AEGIS Development Lead Engineer to provide systems engineering support to the US Navy for the AEGIS Integrated Combat System. The role oversees a 19-person engineering team across development, integration, and modernization efforts in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong DoD engineering background, at least 10 years of experience, and the ability to lead, mentor, and communicate complex technical concepts to senior sponsors
