About the role
BeOne Medicines is seeking an Associate Director of Small Molecule Plant IT Systems to lead IT infrastructure design, validation, and deployment for a new small molecule manufacturing plant in Hopewell, NJ. You will manage projects, ensure 24/7 plant operations, and partner with QA, Engineering, and Global IT to meet GMP, GAMP5, and ISA 95 standards.
The role requires extensive GMP/Pharma experience, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to advance technology services aligned with Pharma
