We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager to manage day-to-dayaccounting, office administration, and internal systems that keep our business runningefficiently. This role is primarily focused on bookkeeping and accounting, with additionaloffice management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, self-directed, and comfortable workingindependently in a professional, focused office environment. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Financial Management• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable• Process vendor invoices, subcontractor bills, and client payments• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations• Process payroll using ADP or a similar payroll platform• Maintain accurate financial records in Quick Books• Track job costs, labor, materials, and overhead expenses• Support client billing and invoicing• Assist with financial reporting and compliance documentation Office Administration & Operations• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors• Maintain organized digital and physical files for contracts, invoices, andproject documentation• Manage vendor and subcontractor records including insurance certificates, W-9s, and agreements• Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate restocking• Coordinate with outside service providers, including marketing andtechnology vendors• Support ownership with administrative tasks and special projects• Identify opportunities to improve office systems and internal processes What Success Looks Like• Accurate, timely bookkeeping and payroll processing• Organized office systems and dependable administrative support• Professional communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors• Strong follow-through and attention to detail• Proactive problem-solving and process improvement Qualifications• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience• Minimum of 3 years of Quick Books experience required• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals including AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and reporting• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities• High level of accuracy and attention to detail• Experience in residential construction bookkeeping or office managementpreferred• Experience with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Job Tread, or similar
