About the role
Job Full Description Express Employment of St. Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Clear Lake who is in search of Skilled Maskers and multiple shifts are available.
Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm- $15-$18/hr.2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:00pm - $15-$18/hr. plus $3/hr. shift differential= up to $21/hr. 3rd Shift: Mon-Thursday, 8:00pm-6:00am - $15-$18/hr. plus $3/hr. shift differential= up to $21/hr.
Key Skills: Good work longevity Able to read, write and comprehend work instructions
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Using small hand tools, a variety of materials, and microscopes to apply coverage to areas on circuit boards that should not receive a waterproof coating.
- After the coating is applied, you will be taking the materials applied earlier off using the same tools and microscope.
- May use precision measuring instruments
- May perform fixturing and de-fixturing of parts and assemblies

Preferred Experience:
- 3-5 years in circuit board assembly or electronics manufacturing assembly
- Experience with fine detailed work using a microscope
- Work experience with ESD controls
- This job is located within the United StatesMust be able to commute to Clear Lake, WI (not a remote role)
