This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Answer and manage a multiline phone system; direct calls appropriatelyProvide excellent customer service and assist with general inquiriesTake orders from existing customersGreet visitors and provide company informationSupport communication between departments and customersReconcile sales and rebates and assist with reportingMaintain and update spreadsheets and databasesCreate, modify, and manage documents and recordsOrganize, scan, and archive files (paper and electronic)Prepare and distribute mail, invoices, statements, and internal documentsMaintain filing systems and storage organizationRetrieve information and assist other departments as neededCross-train and provide backup support across administrative functionsAssist with special projects and process improvementsLearn industry-specific systems and terminologyPerform additional duties to support company goalsRequirements:Strong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detailAnalytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint a plus)Ability to learn new systems (CSD or similar database experience a plus)Positive attitude and willingness to learnGraphic/design skills are a plusExperience2–5+ years of administrative or office experience preferredPI2c4ca55371fe-37639-41466256
