A key focus will be on maintaining direct involvement in revenue strategy execution, guiding teams to achieve balanced and profitable revenue growth, and continuously optimizing RevPAR, TRevPAR, ADR, and channel mix. The role also involves business development, team development, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
