JOB SUMMARY: InspereX is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our growing Wealth Management Solutions Team. This individual will have a sales-focused mentality and be a goal-oriented communicator with strong interpersonal skills.  This role requires the candidate to reside in or relocate to Florida. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES●     Develop and grow relationships with Financial Advisors by delivering wealth management solutions and business building ideas.●     Identify new opportunities for structured notes, risk-managed solutions, concentrated stock monetization strategies, and alternative investments.●     Conduct in-person meetings, educational events, webinars, and portfolio reviews.●     Partner with internal and external wholesalers to develop new relationships and drive sales growth.●     Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline while maintaining consistent CRM activity.●     Use technology to improve productivity, engagement, and the advisor experience.  IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE/QUALIFICATIONS●     Bachelor's degree preferred.●     Series 7 and Series 63/66●     1-3 years of financial services experience●     Bachelor’s degree    ●     Coachable, curious, and motivated to grow●     Goal-oriented, resilient, and adaptable●     A persuasive communicator and collaborative teammate●     Eager to build a long-term career with InspereX ABOUT INSPEREX lnspereX unites the more than two decades of success in fixed income and market-linked products origination, underwriting, distribution, and education of lncapital with the innovation of Silicon Valley's 280 Cap Markets and its revolutionary fixed income tech platform, Bond Nav®.
