Fenwick & West seeks junior and mid-level associates for patent litigation across New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, and Seattle offices. Ideal candidates have 1–6 years of patent litigation experience, superior academics, and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Bar eligibility in the relevant state is required, with diverse backgrounds encouraged. Base salary ranges from $235,000 to $390,000, with a discretionary bonus possible.
