This part-time Patient Care Coordinator role operates on-site in Ocala, running 20 hours per week
Your responsibilities: As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will: Assist in various aspects of home health business operations to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Participate in insightful health records assessment reviews and offer actionable recommendations to healthcare providers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with the company mission.

Your first months at A+ Quality Management & Consulting Inc In your opening months, you will take on health records assessments, coordinate closely with experienced home health professionals, and begin delivering actionable recommendations to our clients.
Compensation and benefits: This position offers a pay rate of USD 21-24 per hour. We support our team members with career training, parental leave, and paid sick leave.
