About the role
- Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations
- Pick up, transport, deliver, and place roll-off containers according to established procedures
- Complete and maintain accurate electronic driver logs and required regulatory documentation
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles
- Report any vehicle issues, safety concerns, accidents, or incidents promptly to the Operations Supervisor
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations
- Valid CDL-B license
- Current Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certificate
- Not prohibited from driving under FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements
- Safe driving record with successful drug and alcohol screening
- Previous experience operating a roll-off truck preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor and manage workload requirements
- Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
