About the role
Are you a detail-oriented RBT looking to take the next step in your ABA career? Join our dedicated team as an RBT support coordinator and help elevate the quality of care we provide across our programs. - This is an IN-OFFICE full-time position, Lakewood NJ.
Key responsibilities:
Provide ongoing support and guidance to RBTs. Review documentation, session notes, and data for accuracy and compliance. Conduct quality assurance audits and follow up on identified issues. Communicate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve concerns. Track quality metrics and assist with process improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to company policies, clinical standards, and applicable requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in ABA therapy, clinical documentation, or insurance compliance preferred. Proficiency in Central Reach and strong adaptability in learning new platforms and tools. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
