Senior Vice President, Customer SuccessA rapidly growing, mission-driven technology company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Customer Success to lead and scale its global enterprise Customer Success organization. This executive will own customer adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and long-term value realization across strategic enterprise accounts, while building the processes, team, and operating infrastructure needed to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and scale a global Customer Success organization across enterprise and strategic accounts Own retention, renewal, adoption, and expansion strategy Build scalable post-sales processes, forecasting, customer health metrics, and executive engagement models Develop strategic account plans for complex, multi-stakeholder customers Partner with Sales, Product, and executive leadership to drive customer outcomes and growth Lead and mentor a distributed, international CS leadership team Ideal Background 15+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or related leadership Proven experience leading global CS organizations in enterprise SaaSExperience managing large, multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts and renewals Background in utility, energy, infrastructure, climate/risk, weather, or other mission-critical technology strongly preferred Strong executive presence and experience working with C-level stakeholders Experience scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth and international expansion Comp: approx 250-300k base + 25% bonus + equity
