About the Company: Our client is an established, accredited calibration services provider supporting manufacturers, laboratories, and industrial operators across the US. Its technicians and labs help customers keep critical measurement and test equipment accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.
The Role: Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Representative to drive growth in its calibration services business. This is a service-led sales role: you'll be selling recurring calibration programs, on-site and in-lab services, and long-term relationships rather than one-off product transactions. You'll own a territory and key accounts, lead a small sales team, and act as a senior voice on how the business goes to market.
What You'll Do: Win new calibration services business across target industries, from first conversation through to signed service agreement Grow and retain existing accounts by expanding scope, bundling services, and securing multi-year programs Lead, coach, and support a small team of sales representatives, setting priorities and helping them close Build and manage a healthy pipeline, with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline Work closely with lab and field operations to scope work realistically, price competitively, and make sure what's sold can be delivered Understand customer compliance needs (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, FDA, AS9100 and similar) and position the company as a partner in meeting them Represent the company at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events Feed market and competitor insight back to leadership to shape pricing and service offerings What You'll Bring 5+ years of B2B sales experience in calibration services, metrology services, or closely related technical servicesA track record of selling recurring or contract-based service programs and hitting targets Experience leading or mentoring other sales reps (formal or informal)Working knowledge of calibration, measurement, and quality/compliance requirements in industrial or regulated environments Comfortable with consultative, technical conversations with quality managers, engineers, and operations leaders Self-motivated and organized working remotely, with a strong CRM habit Willing and able to travel around 50% of the time Based anywhere in the USNice to Have Existing relationships in manufacturing, aerospace, energy, life sciences, or other calibration-heavy sectors Familiarity with the calibration services competitive landscape Technical background or degree in engineering, science, or a related field What's On Offer Base salary of $100,000–$120,000, plus commission/bonus Fully remote role with a car/travel allowance Benefits package The chance to shape growth and lead a team in a specialist, growing services business
