You know the L1-L5 process inside out. Now you want ownership - not just a title.This role is for a senior commissioning operator ready to lead projects, build teams, and make real decisions without hand-holding.MUST HAVES 10+ years in commissioning, engineering, or mission-critical construction Background from a Commissioning Authority, General Contractor, or data center Owner/Developer Full L1-L5 commissioning lifecycle experience in hyperscale data center environments Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and teams Strong MEP systems knowledge Bachelor's DegreeABOUT THE COMPANYA specialized technical services firm focused exclusively on commissioning for mission-critical data center infrastructure.
