About the Role:
This is a full-cycle, outbound sales position.
Adoskope is seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Executive to source new business, initiate sales conversations, build relationships with decision-makers, and close clients.
You will be responsible for developing your own pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and direct business development.
We are looking for someone confident on the phone, who understands how to sell professional services, and can independently move opportunities from initial contact to close.
This is a hands-on sales role with direct responsibility for client acquisition and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect: Research and identify businesses, brands, and decision-makers aligned with Adoskope's services.
Outreach: Conduct cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and consistent follow-up.
Sell: Lead discovery conversations, identify client needs, present solutions, handle objections, and secure new business.
Build Relationships: Develop relationships with founders, business owners, marketing leaders, and key decision-makers.
Manage Pipeline: Track leads, conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups using Monday.com.
Close: Own the commercial sales process through securing client commitments, coordinating with the Chief Growth Officer on final agreements.
Report: Communicate sales activity, pipeline progress, closed opportunities, and revenue performance.
Qualifications:
RequiredProven experience in outbound sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Strong cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
Fluent spoken and written English is required.
Confidence communicating with business owners and senior decision-makers.
Ability to independently generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close business.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Preferred:
Experience selling creative agency, advertising, marketing, branding, or digital services.
Experience working with small businesses, CPG brands, startups, or emerging businesses.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Monday.com.
Agency sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Competitive hourly rate
