Job Description As Sports CRM Operations Associate, you willbe responsible for the day-to-day execution of promotions and lifecycle campaigns across the USA and Canada for our Spanish speaking customers. You will support the team in daily tasks such as creating communications, offer pages, testing and executing Sports CRM campaigns. You will deliver promotional campaigns ensuring localized, industry and marketing-focused best practices are applied while adhering to all relevant regulatory and marketing standards. You will prioritize the customer experience and deliver top of the line customer journeys driving retention and loyalty of bet365 users. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy. The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000 annually. Qualifications Experience working in a CRM or marketing related role preferred. Excellent organization, prioritization skills with an outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Content Management Systems, including Contentful, customer engagement platforms such as Braze, customer data platforms such as Optimove and work management systems such as Monday.com. Passion for sports and a good understanding of online sports betting mechanics and promotions is preferred. Fluent proficiency in verbal and written English and Spanish for a fast-paced environment including the ability to proofread a diverse range on content. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information Building and testing a variety of CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app messages, push notifications). Building and maintaining offer content using a Content Management System. Executing, testing, and maintaining the offer campaigns. Ensuring all content adheres to quality standards, regulation and brand guidelines. Proofreading all content prior to publication, ensuring all content is accurate and meets a high standard.
