About the role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage the principal's calendar, appointments, reservations, correspondence, and daily logistics Handle errands, pickups, drop-offs, cleaners, cobblers, returns, and other practical requests across the city Receive packages, share item images when needed, organize returns, and maintain follow-through Coordinate itineraries, packing, wardrobe needs, and pre- and post-trip personal logistics Work with stylists and vendors for events, appearances, and day-to-day wardrobe needs Proactively organize closets, pantries, household supplies, and the Midtown West residence Create and polish documents, memos, lists, and presentations using practical AI tools when helpful Coordinate smoothly with the daily Housekeeper and gradually build rapport with the husband Assist with the care and logistics of two dogs alongside the household team Support occasional weekend events or entertaining, offset by a weekday off
Requirements:
  • Legally able to work within the United States
  • Relevant Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Family Assistant, or comparable support experienceNYC savvy, fashion forward, and confident sourcing reservations, services, and local solutions
  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong judgment, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Polished and aesthetically minded, with an eye for organizing information and improving documents
  • Tech savvy in a Mac environment and comfortable using practical AI for administrative work
  • Discreet, trustworthy, low-ego, and comfortable working informally in a principal's home
  • Warm, energetic, grounded, direct, and not easily flustered
  • Genuine dog lover who is comfortable around both an older Husky and a Dachshund
  • Flexible and growth-minded, with interest in broader coordination or travel as trust develops
  • Comfortable balancing executive support with personal, household, wardrobe, and errand responsibilities
Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00/9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with strong respect for after-hours boundaries; occasional weekend event support will be offset with a weekday off. Location(s): New York City, primarily Hudson Yards / Midtown West; in-person support with possible future travel
Compensation: $135,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience
