Description
The Marketing & Sales Representative is the smile and handshake of our clients brand. We provide the first impression to customers, and generate new business through in person presentations. We believe that knowing all aspects of business and how to interact with customers creates a strong foundation for an individual’s future growth within our company's management training program and we are proud to say we only promote from within.
Key Responsibilities
Foundation Sales & Marketing
Accounts Management
Business Development
Location Management
Client Relation and Retention
Support in developing and executing direct client presentations.
Help and attend client-facing roles and/or visit job sites as needed.
Assist in the development and execution of proposals, as needed.
Collaborate with team members on ways to improve sales margins.
Participate in the development and execution of a direct marketing campaign.
Reliable Transportation to the office and client meetings required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Demonstrated work ethic, motivation, and a thirst for learning.
Exceptional communication skills.
Goal-oriented and ambitious.
Willingness to progress from entry-level to management.
3+ years of experience in offline marketing, field marketing with a strong focus BTL / ground promotion strategies.
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or regulated industries is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in event execution and brand activation.
Excellent customer engagement, communication, execution and negotiation skills.
