The Building People, LLC seeks an experienced Vice President of Capture to lead our government BD and capture operations in Virginia. This hands-on executive role owns the capture strategy from opportunity identification through proposal submission, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning. You will mentor capture teams, drive enterprise growth, engage federal agencies at the C‑suite level, and shape go/no-go decisions with data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools.
