Role Description:
The Senior Experiential Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami Beach, FL, responsible for leading the end-to-end production of brand experiences, events, and activations. This role oversees concept development, budgeting, timelines, vendor selection, and on-the-ground execution to deliver high-impact experiential programs. The Senior Experiential Producer collaborates closely with Founder creative, strategy, and client teams to translate brand objectives into engaging experiences, manages project resources, and ensures all deliverables meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include detailed production planning, managing production schedules and logistics, coordinating with venue and technical partners, leading on-site builds and load-ins, and troubleshooting issues in real time. The role also involves post-event analysis, developing best practices, and continuously optimizing production processes to support innovative and disruptive brand moments. Qualifications7 + years Experience in experiential production, event production, or live brand activations, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong skills in project management, logistics coordination, budgeting, and vendor management for experiential campaigns and events with a focus on hospitality and luxury. Ability to collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to translate concepts into feasible production plans and detailed run-of-show documents. Comfort working on-site, overseeing builds and break-downs, managing technical production elements (AV, staging, fabrication), and ensuring safety and compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and interface with clients professionally. High level of organization, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments with multiple concurrent projects. Proficiency with common production and project management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, timelines, task management platforms). Experience with experiential or event software is a plus. Ability to work in-person in Miami Beach, FL, and to travel as needed for site visits, client meetings, and on-location event execution. Prior experience working with international brands or in agency/collective environments is beneficial.
