About the role

Providing engineering and operational support, the full-time Workforce Management System Administrator will manage Aspect and Intradiem technologies, ensuring application reliability and continuous improvement in a remote environment while handling incident response, problem management, and change execution. Key Responsibilities Proactively monitor and perform daily health checks of Aspect and Intradiem applications, troubleshooting production issues impacting workforce management Execute system changes and perform root-cause analysis of disruptions, driving corrective actions and participating in upgrades and integrations Collaborate with internal developers and external vendors to optimize the workforce management ecosystem, providing technical knowledge transfer to support staff Required Qualifications 3+ years of IT support or operations engineering experience with contact center workforce management and automation platforms Direct experience with system-level administration of Aspect WFM and Intradiem, including server/application configuration and SQL-level troubleshooting Strong problem-solving skills in production environments, diagnosing issues at the application, server, and integration layers Experience managing incidents and executing controlled changes, including hands-on change execution Solid understanding of enterprise contact center environments and the ability to troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues
