About the role
Trimont, a leading global real estate loan services provider, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support loan servicing, asset management, and corporate teams from our Charlotte, NC office on a hybrid basis. The role requires a J.D., 2–5 years of practice, experience with securitized and balance sheet loans, and strong drafting, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. You will partner with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficient matters
