Kayne held the final close for its latest energy private equity fund, KPEIF III, in Q2 2025, successfully securing $2.25 billion of Limited Partner commitments (largest fundraise since inception). KPEIF III is Kayne's third flagship fund since launching the private energy income strategy a decade ago (eleventh energy-focused flagship private equity fund).Kayne Anderson is seeking to hire an Associate to join its Energy Private Equity group starting in Q3 2027. This is a unique opportunity for an Associate to join a lean investment team largely focused on North American Oil & Gas investments.
