Our superpowder formulas give us permission to talk credibly about focus, mental clarity, mood, and balanced energy and we're looking for a social lead who can turn that story into content people actually want to watch. This role blends creative thinking, strategy, and hands-on execution. This role is part hands-on production, and part strategy - you'll ideate, shoot, edit, design, and publish, then use performance data to sharpen what comes next.
What you'll do:

  • Develop platform specific content laddering into brand pillars and frameworks
  • Review and refine captions, visuals, and messaging to ensure quality
  • Marketing Partner with Brand Director on plans for product launches, seasonal campaigns, retail initiatives, and other brand priorities

  • Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with the broader marketing calendar
  • Identify opportunities to drive awareness and brand love through social content
  • In a nutshell:
Create - Ideate and develop social-first content, including a monthly content overview and plan that ladders up into our overarching marketing strategy. Produce - Film and edit short-form video, with a heavy focus on TikTok. Design - Build static assets, carousels, and social graphics, with an Instagram focus. Execute - Own the content calendar and handle day-to-day publishing across channels. Optimize - Track content performance and turn learnings into what we make next.
Who you are: 3-5+ years running social (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for a consumer brand, in-house or at an agency - ideally beverage, CPG, wellness, beauty, or another fast-moving category. A strong reel or portfolio of short-form video you've shot and edited yourself; we want to see your work. Comfort designing static and carousel content in tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. Strong copywriting instincts with a clear, confident point of view Experience sourcing, briefing, and collaborating with UGC creators. You have a network and know what’s trending. You know what sticks and have a sharp, working sense of what performs on social and what doesn’t and how that shifts from platform to platform. A track record of using social media performance data - not just instinct - to steer a content calendar. Self-direction: you can own a channel with light oversight and move fast without a big team around you. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
