Position Overview: A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Office Administrator – Regional Operations to oversee operations across five Florida offices while serving as the Office Administrator for the Miami office. This senior leadership role partners closely with firm leadership to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, employee engagement, and exceptional client service across the region. The ideal candidate brings a combination of law firm administration, people leadership, multi-office operations management, budgeting, and facilities oversight experience.
Key Responsibilities: Regional Operations & Leadership Lead administrative and operational functions across multiple office locations. Supervise, mentor, and develop Office Administrators and administrative staff throughout the region. Partner with firm leadership to implement strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and firm-wide projects. Serve as the primary liaison between regional offices and national leadership. Manage hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation reviews, and staff development efforts. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-quality client service. Financial, Facilities & Office Management Manage regional office budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies. Oversee facilities management, office space planning, workplace operations, and vendor relationships. Coordinate closely with IT, facilities, and business services teams to ensure consistent support across all offices. Ensure office environments are professional, efficient, safe, and well maintained. Monitor compliance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards. Strategic Partnership & Client Service Build strong relationships with attorneys, staff, firm leadership, vendors, and business partners. Provide operational reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership. Support business objectives by ensuring administrative operations align with firm goals. Lead change management initiatives and process improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive personnel and business matters.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.5+ years of administrative, office management, or operations leadership experience within a law firm or professional services environment.5+ years of experience managing multiple offices, locations, or regional operations.5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, performance, and employee development. Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational planning. Strong facilities, vendor management, and workplace operations experience. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to successfully manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
