About the role
Join Our Team Providing administrative support to the HVP team and assisting with daily office and administrative operations.
Responsibilities include:
Prepares and/or composes documents including correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, contracts, forms, financial documents, referral documentation, and other administrative documents from various media formats.
Answers phone calls, provides information to callers, takes messages, and transfers calls to team members.
Files and uploads documents, organizes and purges paper health records, and maintains the program files and file room.
Sorts and delivers faxes and regular mail, receives and delivers packages to the addressee.
Faxes, copies, and scans documents as needed.
Participates in team, committee, supervision, and training meetings.
Assists with recreational activities and event planning.
Ensures all information received and exchanged remains confidential at all times.
Interacts professionally and positively with others.
Monitors office supplies and coordinates purchasing of office and program supplies.
Maintains office areas and office equipment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma and minimum of 2 years related experience.
Military and/or veteran experience strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
