This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the global strategy for engagement with Prime System Integrator clients, particularly in the architectural and engineering design sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, and delivery performance across the global practice. The role demands a strategic leader with a hands-on approach to drive growth, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure consistent performance. While the primary focus is on the U.S. market, the position also involves interaction with other regions, including the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East, and Australia/New Zealand. Applicants must have a background in architecture, engineering, or a related A/E discipline, with a minimum of 12 years' experience, and a proven track record of working with Prime System Integrator and US DOW agencies. The role requires a candidate with commercial knowledge of the Prime System Integrator industry, leadership experience across geographies, and a demonstrated ability to lead complex pursuits and multi-region delivery. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, with executive stakeholder engagement skills, and a background in industrial and advanced manufacturing.
