This is an opportunity to join early, help shape the future of the organization, and directly influence the growth of the business.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced aviation business development professional who knows how to build relationships, create opportunities, and open doors. This is not an inside sales role, and it is not a position for someone waiting for leads to arrive. We need someone who enjoys prospecting, networking, attending industry events, and developing relationships with airlines, lessors, cargo operators, OEMs, and aviation service providers.You do not need to be an expert in heavy maintenance. But you do need to understand the aviation ecosystem, speak the language of the industry, and have the credibility to engage maintenance, engineering, fleet, and technical operations professionals.
