About the Role
Position Summary: Facilitate daily Shipping & Receiving at the Nashville Loading Dock and Mail Center, by utilizing Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS.Functions of the Job: Essential Functions which may be representative but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position. Sort and distribute incoming company mail and shipments. Track Domestic/Foreign packages as needed. Monitor Shipping & Receiving Loading Dock for incoming and outgoing vendor needs. Deliver after hour packages to Fedex as needed. Make runs to the Post Office as needed. Work closely with Supervisor to ensure consistent coverage and service. Participate with Supervisor in day-to-day duties/cross functional training. Perform data entry to accomplish routine and special assignments. Process all purchase orders in Oracle and deliver as required. Serve as backup for the Document Services area which includes printing, inserting, and working with other equipment. Assist Shred It. Regular attendance. Other duties as assigned. Supports our BMI Core Values. At times, noise level may be high, primarily in Mechanical Rooms.
Position Qualification Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: Prior A/V Event and Maintenance experience is preferred.

Must be detail oriented and thorough Strong work ethic Ability to work flexible hours when needed Machines, Tools, Equipment and Work Aids: which may be representative but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position. Pop-Up Audio Sound Systems, Laptops, Low Voltage wire racks, Ladders, & Misc small hand tools. License(s)/Certifications Required: None.
