About the role

Paycom - ATS is seeking a 2nd Shift Value Stream Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing operations on the 2nd shift. You will direct Shift Supervisors and drive safe, high-quality, on-time production within budget. This role requires 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing, strong process knowledge, and excellent communication. You will develop teams, coordinate with 1st shift and maintenance, and pursue cost-saving improvements and KPI reporting.
