We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented PR Business Development Executive to spearhead the growth of Uproar by Moburst’s public relations services. In this hands-on, full-cycle outbound sales role, you will act as a true hunter- identifying prospective clients, generating new business opportunities from scratch, running pitch presentations, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, target, and qualify prospective clients interested in PR and media relations services through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
Manage the entire sales funnel from target research and cold outreach to running discovery calls, pitching strategic PR solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, Marketing Directors, and key decision-makers.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, with a proven track record of selling professional services or agency services (PR, Digital Marketing, Media Relations, etc.)- Must.
Demonstrated track record of generating leads independently, executing cold outreach strategies, and closing deals without dedicated SDR/BDR support– Must.
Outstanding written, verbal, pitch, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously with high self-accountability.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
