About the role
Project Manager, IT Digital for Resilience The client is in search of dynamic, bold and collaborative project manager to join us in delivering IT capabilities for several global manufacturing sites. You will join The client's Strategic PMO team and be responsible for delivery of critical IT projects globally. You will be a critical part in championing a culture of cross functional collaboration and driving complex organization-wide initiatives and overall project implementation. You will be responsible for partnering with Digital, CMC, Facilities, Security, and other business functions to drive the organizational transformation and digital capabilities to our global teams. Here's What You'll Do:
- Lead multiple concurrent cross-functional projects for the Americas RegionDrive deployment of business strategies through project plans and by partnering with key stakeholders and internal partners
- Collaborate and cultivate a close working relationship with Digital and business colleagues to rapidly deliver customer value
- Define project objectives, requirements, and timelines necessary to structure a project or activity
- Manage projects within established scope, schedule, and budget while meeting and exceeding project management standards
- Develop and document high-level strategies and SOPs for accomplishing specific project objectives
- Establish, maintain, and lead high performing project teams, serving as the project advocate, and manage through influence
- Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Lead risk management within project teams, ensuring risks have appropriate mitigation and contingency plans
- Facilitate and lead effective project meetings, manage change and conflict, and develop resource planning estimates to manage project workload and productivity

Here's What You'll Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of hands-on experience and progressive growth in Project Management roles.5+ years of experience in delivering large scale IT Infrastructure projects.
PMP Certification and Life Science industry experience preferred.
Demonstrated prior experience and success with leading multiple concurrent cross-functional projects.
Ability to collaborate and establish high trust relationships with leaders across the enterprise.
Must be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced, highly dynamic, entrepreneurial environment that is being defined and built in real-time.
You should be driven, willing to collaborate, think creatively and pursue new or novel approaches.
Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple activities and resources while maintaining a focus on quality.
Solid analytical and strategic capabilities and business acumen along with demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct and appearance. Must possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration and influencing skills.
