About the role
The Executive Personal Assistant will provide top-tier administrative support to the CEO, requiring a high level of professionalism. This in-person role is ideal for someone with experience as an Executive Assistant who is seeking a position with a more manageable daily stress level. Duties/Responsibilities Provides administrative support and assistance to the CEO.Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff. Arranges travel and accommodations. Schedules and attends meetings with executives, taking notes and recording minutes. Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff. Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and general office duties. Support the Accounting Dept by providing skills with AP/AR, and light Bookkeeping. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office 365 or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. At least four years of related experience required.
