About the role
To drive sales of Workday services, the full-time Sales Director for Workday Services will manage the end-to-end sales process, develop territory plans, and collaborate closely with internal teams and prospects, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute territory development plans to increase sales pipeline and achieve growth targets
Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales strategies and manage all phases of the business development cycle
Participate in marketing events to educate prospects on Workday and Invisors' differentiators, while promoting the company within the Workday organization
Required qualifications:
Extensive experience in consultative selling and business development, particularly in the Workday ecosystem
Strong functional knowledge of Workday solutions, including HCM, Financials, or Planning
Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and managing complex sales cycles
Experience in relationship management with stakeholders in the Workday community
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on collaboration and team success
